L. Williams President & CEO Mr.
Williams co-founded New Millennium Software in 1996 and has served as
President / CEO since 2000, positioning the company
as a complete solutions-based operations offering a diverse package
of IT services for start-ups, SMBs (small to mid-sized corporations)
and SOHOs (small office / home office). With over
fifteen years of experience handling marketing, sales, IT support and
training, his employers and clients include American Home Products Corporation,
Antique & Collectible Resources, Burroughs Wellington, Convergents
Trading, LLC, Danny Powell Landscaping Architecture LTD, Finesse Marketing
Group, Gregg Amerman Companies, Inc., KaVal Designs, New York Life Insurance

and World Alliance Group, Inc. Prior to NMS, Mr. Williams

maintenance and trained personnel. A graduate of Wilkes University
in Pennsylvania, Mr. Williams achieved a BS in Business Administration,
majoring in Marketing with minors in Finance and Psychology.
Scott
R. Finkle VP of Operations Mr.
Finkle is certified in Microsoft and Novell and has extensive experience
with both networking systems. He has been managing LAN/WAN projects
for over ten years. His employers and clients include American
Express, BMG, Computer Concepts, Inacom, Joseph Hilton & Associates,
Inc., KPMG, Loews Cineplex Entertainment, New York Life Insurance Company
and Standard Business Systems. In 1994, Mr. Finkle founded ProComp,
a computer company catering to small to medium sized businesses in need
of networking, cabling, programming, maintenance and support.
Mr. Finkle has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the State
University of New York at Stony Brook, and an MBA in Finance and Marketing
from Adelphi University.

L. Hoeltge Chief
Technology Officer Mr.
Hoeltge has over 10 years of increasing responsibilities in multiple
industries dealing with computer and telephony infrastructure.
He is highly skilled in Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000 and XP Workstations
as well as NT and 2000 servers. His employers and clients include
Alliance National, Automated Travel Systems, Bally of Switzerland, Citicorp
Mortgage, Esquire Deposition Services, Fleet Bank, Nantes Consulting
Corporation, Project Greenhope and Xuma Technologies. Mr. Hoeltge
specializes in networking, computer repair, internet access and full
office documentation services for the SOHO (Small Office / Home Office)
market. He is an A+ Certified Technician, a graduate of the University
of Missouri and has completed courses towards a Dual Master's Degree
in Economics and Computer Science.
Richard
E. Carter Business Development Director Mr.
Carter has served as an advisor to Team NMS since 1998. Certified in
AutoCAD with over 20 years of experience ranging from circuit board,
architectural, mechanical & electrical design, his specialties
include the creation & maintenance of electronic media and large
media printing, hardware and software support. His
employers and clients include Vectron International, Raltron, Motorola,
JPL, U.S. Department of Defense, Alcatel, Perkins Eastman, Ann Taylor
and Schwan's Sales. Mr. Carter currently works
with the management team to evaluate new strategic business opportunities
and alliances.
Dennis
Hoevelmann Senior Desktop Support Specialist/Rollout
Manager
Mr. Hoevelmann is a professional hands-on desktop support specialist
providing system administration, maintenance, and customer support to
standard Windows based computers, notebooks, printers, etc. Adept at
troubleshooting, resolving software / hardware problems, end user
training and inventory management, he also has experience working with
remote communications hardware, including modems, wireless routers and
network interface cards. Mr. Hoevelmann regularly performs routine system
audits, service pack installations,
upgrades and company-wide
rollouts.
